First of all, this one gets big points for having House of the Dead II in the arcade area. Flaunting heavily bloody games right by the front door says, "We're not family friendly. Bowl, blow up some zombies, or get out," and we like that attitude. Though on first glance, I could not find any explanation for the "Cyber" in the "Cyber Lounge", it apparently refers to "Cyberbowl XLS-Plus" featuring "Xtraordinary Lights & Sound... See Yourself on the New 15 Foot High Screens". Unfortunately, I was unable to attend this festival of narcissism, but the daytime bowling was pleasant as well, with the ceiling murals of balls and pins that loom over the bowlers and the upscale vending machines stocking odd euro-candy. And maybe I just don't get out enough, but I was truly awed by the fact that they had lanes available on the first and second floor. Besides, you just can't go wrong with a bowling alley mere steps away from great, cheap yaki soba.
